Late afternoon sightseeing tour of Tashkent begins with visiting old part ofthe city: Architectural complex “Khazret-Imam” (Mausoleum of imam Kaffal al-Shashi, Barak-khan Madrassah, Tellya Sheikh Madrassah, Mui-Mubarak Madrassah, Juma Mosque, Imam Ismailal-Bukhari Islamic Institute), Hadra square, Kukeldash Medressa, bazaar Chorsu. Then we’ll visit European part of the city: Amir Timur Square, Theatre Square, Independence Square, Monument of Courage, Tashkent TV Tower and Memorial to the Victims of Repression.
Early breakfast. Transfer to local airport. Flight to Urgench.
Hotel check-in. After short rest sightseeing tour in the old part of Khiva – Ichan Kala known as “Inner town”. Ichan Kala is the biggest open air museum in Central Asia and consists of the following architectural monuments: Ata Darbaza, Kunya Ark, Muhammad Rakhim-Khan Madrassa, Muhammad Aminkhan Madrassa, Kalta Minor Minaret, Jome Mosque and Minaret, Islam Khodja Madrassa, Said Alauddin Mausoleum, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, the last Khiva Khan Allakulikhan’s Madrassa andTosh Hovli Palace where was the harem with 40 concubines, Caravanserai and Tim Allakulikhan.

Breakfast. Transfer to Bukhara via the Kizil Kum desert (475 км). On the way stop to see Amudarya River. Arrival in Bukhara in the afternoon, check–in the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Bukhara with visiting: Samanids Mausoleum, Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum, Bolo-Haus Mosque, Ark Fortress, Minorai-Kalon and Poi-Kalon Mosque, Miri-Arab Madrassah, Toki-Zargaron, Kosh Madrassah (Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan), Magoki-Attori Mosque, Lyabi-Hause ansemble. We’ll also visit three trading domes (covered bazaars). In XVI century it was the center for trade of silk, jewelry and even for money exchange. Today tourists can also buy here different souvenirs of a wide range: from small souvenir magnets to the famous Bukhara carpets.
Dinner with folk show in Nadir Divanbegi Madrassah. Overnight at the hotel.
Drive to Yurt camp located in Kizil Kum desert, near Aydarkul Lake. On the way we’ll stop to see unique rock petroglyphs in Sarmysh gorge. (Note that it’s not possible to visit Sarmysh gorge from mid-May to the end of August as there is children’s summer camp operating during this period). Arrival in the yurt camp, accommodation. (Yurta is a traditional hut used by Central Asian nomads and it is made of simple natural materials- wood and felt). Camel riding around the camp in the afternoon. You can also swim or fish in the lake (Yurt camp has all necessary fishing tackle). Dinner in the camp dining room after which you can enjoy the songs and melodies of dombra performed by local Kazakh akin around the fire. (Akin is a typical Kazakh and Kirgiz singer. Dombra is a traditional stringed musical instrument of nomadic people of Central Asia).
Free time. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast. Drive to Samarkand (approx. 3 hrs. of drive). Arrival in Samarkand, check-in the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Samarkand with visiting: Gur-Emir Mausoleum (Tamerlan’s tomb), Ruhabad Mausoleum, Registan Square (a heart of the city which consists of Ulughbek Madrassa, Madrassa Sherdor and Madrassa Tilla Kori), Bibi-Hanum Mosque (the biggest medieval building in the city), orient bazaar Siyab, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis and Ulugbek’s Observatory. We’ll also visit Mausoleum of Khodja Doniyor known as Saint Daniel.

Breakfast. Continue city tour of Samarkand.
Transfer to the railway station then depart from Samarkand to Tashkent by evening train. Evening arrival in Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel, check-in and overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Depart for home.
